We want you to love your Oravé products. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 60-day return & refund policy.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused or gently used.

• Return request must be raised within 60 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

• Products returned after 60 days

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at returns@orave.in with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

• We offer free return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

• For other returns, shipping charges may apply.
